大型スプリング蝶番（高荷重型）

従来品に比べて強力なスプリングが組み込まれている蝶番になります。
スプリングの材質にはばね荷重の大きい鉄製を使用しています。
また、処理はめっき加工と異なる処理を行い、スプリングの靭性低下を防いでおります。
従来のスプリング蝶番には無いスプリングの無負荷範囲を設けました。これにより取付を容易に行うことが出来ます。

By opening the hinge piece beyond its normal operating range, the spring load is released, making installation easier than with previous hinge models

1.使用は参考ばね荷重のab間としてください。ヒンジピースを過度に折りたたむとスプリングのへたり、破損の原因となります。
2.縦使いで使用する際、取付はヒンジピース（Ｂ）を可動側としてください。

1. Use should be between A and B of the reference spring load. Excessive folding of the hinge piece may cause loose of spring or damage.
2. Install hinge piece (B) as moving side when using vertically.
